It is important that we are not training with classmates at this time as we are in a no contact period. For everyone’s safety, we need to keep social distancing and do what is necessary to slow the spread of the virus. Included in this document are options to train at home. This program is not be performed with classmates or on school property. Options include two workouts, one if you have gym equipment at home and one that is all bodyweight. Also included are outdoor/indoor conditioning options. I wanted to give you options if you wanted to do something at your house. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
